Version creator-terms@2026-01. These terms govern your use of OneSlot.

1. What OneSlot is

OneSlot is a marketplace where a creator lists one sponsorship slot and verified businesses place binding bids for it. OneSlot is not a party to the resulting sponsorship agreement, does not process payments, and does not hold funds.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and be authorised to act for any company you register. Accounts using false company details may be removed without notice.

3. Creator obligations

Listed slots must be real, available and deliverable as described. If you win an auction on behalf of a brand, or your slot receives a valid winning bid, you are expected to honour it in good faith.

4. Brand obligations

Bids are binding offers. You may not bid on a slot you do not intend to buy, bid to manipulate price, or bid on your own or an affiliated creator's auction.

5. Payments

Payment terms, invoicing and taxes are agreed directly between creator and brand. OneSlot records only whether both parties confirmed the arrangement and the delivery.

6. Prohibited use

No automated bidding, scraping, bot traffic, misrepresentation, illegal content, or content that breaches the creator's stated category restrictions.

7. Liability

OneSlot is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, OneSlot is not liable for disputes, non-payment, non-delivery, or lost revenue arising from a sponsorship agreed on the platform.
