Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account data: email, name, and role.
• Creator data: display name, public channel URL, country, category, self-reported audience size.
• Company data: company name, website, work email, category, verification status.
• Auction data: bids, amounts, timestamps, and the company that placed them.
• Product analytics: page and action events, with truncated IP and coarse user agent.

What is public

Auction pages publicly show the creator's public profile, the slot details, bid amounts, bid times and the bidding company name. Personal contact details of individuals are never published.

Why we process it

To run auctions (contract), to prevent fraud and bot abuse (legitimate interest), and to send transactional email about your auctions (contract). Marketing email is opt-in only.

Processors

Hosting and database, transactional email (Resend), and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Auction and bid records are kept as a commercial record. Analytics events are retained in aggregate. Account data is deleted on request unless we must keep it for a legal obligation.
